Transfer/Drop In Client Maintenance

Service Description
This service is for clients seeking Interlocks maintenance from LOCS Rx. Maintenance is very important for achieving gorgeous locks. As your locks mature, your maintenance schedule will be scheduled at least every 4-6 weeks, depending on your hair type and rate of hair growth.
Cancellation Policy
**If you've been sick or around anyone that has been within the past 20 days, please let me know and we can reschedule for a later date.** **For our safety, a mask is required and hands must be washed upon entry** **HAIR HYGIENE** Failure to wash hair 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation of the client's appointment and 50% of the total cost of services scheduled will be charged and due immediately. Future appointments will not be approved until the cancellation fee is received. **LATE ARRIVALS** Please arrive on time to your appointment. Please give me a courtesy call/text if you will be late.  A $25 late fee will be applied to your scheduled service if you are not in my chair 10 minutes after your appointment time.  After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the total cost of services scheduled. Future appointments will not be approved until cancellation fee is received.  **LATE CANCELLATIONS** Clients are required to give 24 hours advanced notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments that are made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged 50% of the total cost of services scheduled and will be due immediately. Future appointments will not be approved until the cancellation fee is received. **NO CALL/NO SHOW** If a client does not show for a scheduled appointment and fails to provide notification, the client will be charged 50% of the total cost of service(s) AND will be terminated from future scheduling.
